GFH Financial Group would like to announce that the Board of
Directors meeting held on Tuesday 13th February 2024 at 2:00 pm
Kingdom of Bahrain time, discussed and resolved the following
matters:
1- Approved the annual audited financial statements for the
financial year ended 31st December 2023;
2- Propose to the general assembly to distribute dividends at
6.2% of the par value of the share excluding treasury shares,
of the share par value, equivalent to USD 0.0164 (BHD
0.0062 / AED 0.06023).
3- Other internal matters.
