GFH Financial Group B.S.C. would like to announce the appointment of Mr. Pietro de Libero as Chief Legal Officer effective from 1st March 2022.
Mr. Libero has over 20 years of experience in the profession and was a Partner at Baker McKenzie prior to joining GFH. He is a specialist in international mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, joint ventures, competition law and corporate matters.
