GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 2,922,680 shares of its shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 340,394,623 representing 8.88% of the total issued shares to 343,317,303 representing 8.96% of total issued shares as of 19th March 2025.
