Hisham Alrayes leads the Group toward its vision of becoming the region’s foremost diversified financial entity, focusing on Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, and Asset Management services. With over 23 years of experience, Hisham has played a vital role in shaping the Group’s regional and international investment strategy. He chairs and holds directorships in various companies, including Esterad Investment Company, Khaleeji Commercial Bank, GFH Capital, and Infracorp.

Hisham earned a Master’s degree with honors in Business Administration from DePaul University, Chicago, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with honors from the University of Bahrain. His leadership has been recognized through multiple awards, including “Best CEO in Investment Banking Sector – Bahrain 2021” and “Banker of the Year” at the MEA Finance Awards 2020.
