Tilal Residential Project
Tilal is an upscale residential neighborhood featuring modern villas and townhouses at the center of the Al Areen masterplan. The project is one of the main elements of the Al Areen masterplan, set to be an important tourist and residential destination.
Tilal is part of the wider Areen masterplan, a leading upscale destination for residence, hospitality, entertainment and business. It will include a new city with an area of two million square metres of which 1.5 million square metres are built area, accommodating about 25,000 people, in addition to housing commercial offices, retail units, restaurants, hotels, health and educational facilities, and a range of residential communities.

GFH in partnership with Infracorp launched Kempinski Harbour Heights – a landmark development engineered to capitalize on the increasing demand for institutional-grade, mixed-use infrastructure. The project integrates the global prestige of the Kempinski brand with prime waterfront assets in the heart of the Bahrain Harbour financial district. The residential building introduces the region’s first “Sky Villas” and high-barrier residential products.
