OVERVIEWHealian is GFH’s regional healthcare investment platform built to deliver premium care across the full care continuum – from preventive and primary services through to tertiary and specialist treatments. The platform is focused on underserved markets and complex therapeutic areas across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE mainly, with a mandate to consolidate fragmented healthcare delivery and build a scalable regional champion. The platform has a particular focus on primary to tertiary level care across major secondary cities, digital health and healthcare higher education.Since inception, Healian has assembled a portfolio spanning hospitals, multi-specialty clinics and wellness centres, currently comprising 3 hospitals and 25 clinics and medical facilities approximately. The platform targets scaling to 4-5 hospitals and 50-60 clinics and medical centres on the path to IPO.

Healian’s flagship hospital asset, Abha Private International Hospital, is a state-of-the-art tertiary care facility in Abha, in the Southern Province of Saudi Arabia. The leading private hospital in the Aseer region, APIH delivers care across a broad range of medical and surgical specialties – from cardiology, oncology and complex surgery through to IVF, rehabilitation and long-term care – serving Ministry of Health, insured and cash-pay patients.

Trust Vision Investment is a leading UAE-based multi-specialty healthcare clinics group, founded in 2017 and focused on cosmetics, dermatology, and adjacent high-growth therapeutic areas. Having grown materially ahead of the broader sector since inception, TVI is expanding its footprint with a new hospital in Al-Ain expected to commence operations in 2026.
