GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that the Ordinary & Extra-Ordinary General Meetings scheduled for today Sunday, 27th March 2022, were unable to meet the required quorum as the quorum reached was 28.4%. Accordingly, the third meetings will be held on Sunday, 3rd April 2022 at 11:00 a.m. through the same electronic means.
