With reference to the announcement dated 16th January 2022, GFH Financial Group would like to clarify that Infracorp was one of the subsidiaries for the group focused on infrastructure and real estate developments, and has been rebranded under the new name with a higher paid-up capital, new legal form and enhanced business plan.
