{"id":91284,"date":"2021-10-21T16:31:46","date_gmt":"2021-10-21T13:31:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gfh.com\/?post_type=notification&#038;p=91284"},"modified":"2021-10-21T16:31:46","modified_gmt":"2021-10-21T13:31:46","slug":"treasury-shares","status":"publish","type":"notification","link":"https:\/\/gfh.com\/ar\/notification\/treasury-shares\/","title":{"rendered":"Treasury Shares"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With reference to the previous market announcement dated 21st April 2021 regarding the termination of the Market Making and Liquidity Provision agreements with SICO for GFH\u2019s shares on Bahrain Bourse and Dubai Financial Market respectively, GFH would like to announce to the market that as of 19th October 2021, SICO had liquidated the market making portfolio, and the remaining 6,865,000 shares (initially deposited by GFH) have been recovered by GFH.<br \/>\nIn addition, and in accordance with the Ordinary General Meeting\u2019s resolution dated 14th October 2021, approving the repurchase of the Group\u2019s shares (treasury shares) up to a maximum of 10% of the total issued shares of the Group, GFH would like to announce that it has obtained CBB\u2019s approval for the share repurchase, effective from 14th October 2021 and will commence the share repurchase from 24 th October 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-91284","notification","type-notification","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v28.2 (Yoast SEO v28.2) -
