(\u201cKHCB\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Please be informed that as of date GFH is still in discussions with KHCB regarding potentially making a voluntary takeover offer for the issued shares of KHCB, subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory, board and shareholders approvals.<\/p>\n<p>The above proposal may or may not lead to the making of a voluntary offer for the issued shares of KHCB.
