With reference to GFH\u2019s disclosure on 30th September 2020, pertaining to the results of the ordinary general meeting held on the same date. GFH would like to clarify that the seventh item related to the shares listed on Boursa Kuwait, was a proposal submitted by the shareholders during the meeting, which was to authorize GFH\u2019s board of directors to take the appropriate decision regarding the continuity of listing GFH\u2019s shares on Boursa Kuwait. Accordingly, it is to be noted that at this stage this matter is under consideration by the board and has not yet been decided upon, and the shareholders and the markets will be informed of the board\u2019s decision once taken.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-89261","notification","type-notification","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\nClarification on OGM Resolution -
