In compliance with Resolution No. 3 of 2020 issued by Bahrain Bourse, GFH Financial Group would like to announce the transfer of all accumulated cash dividends for the shareholders, whose shares are listed on Bahrain Bourse, for the previous years and up to the financial year ended on 31st December 2018, to the Investors\u2019 Protection Guarantee Fund (Amanat) which is managed by Bahrain Clear, a subsidiary of Bahrain Bourse, and who will be responsible for paying the accumulated unclaimed cash dividends to the eligible shareholders.<\/p>\n

Accordingly, we urge our shareholders whose shares are listed on Bahrain Bourse and who did not claim their dividends for the previous years and up to the financial year ended 31st December 2018, and wish to claim their accumulated dividends from Bahrain Clear, to open a shareholder account with Bahrain Clear and revert to them instead of KFIN Technologies (Bahrain) W.L.L. (formally known as Karvy Fintech (Bahrain) W.L.L.) as per the below contact:<\/p>\n

It is also to be noted that the cash dividends for the financial year ended 31st December 2019, will be available for collection from KFIN Technologies (Bahrain) W.L.L. as per the below details until 27th October 2020, noting that they will be transferred after that date to Amanat Fund which is managed by Bahrain Clear:<\/p>\n
