Given the ongoing circumstances, in accordance with the efforts and precautionary measures taken by the Kingdom of Bahrain to prevent and limit the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19), in line with the Central Bank of Bahrain\u2019s (\u201cCBB\u201d) directives in this regard, and in GFH Financial Group\u2019s interest for protecting public health, we have decided to provide virtual conferencing option to the shareholders to participate on the coming Ordinary General Meeting (\u201cOGM\u201d) scheduled to take place at 11:00 am on Wednesday, 23rd September 2020 at Al Areen Palace and Spa.<\/p>\n

It shall be noted that due to the inability to hold a secret ballot online, only shareholders with physical attendance will be allowed to vote on item 6 of the OGM agenda regarding the election of 10 members of the Board of Directors for the coming three years, subject to CBB\u2019s approval.<\/p>\n

To participate in the OGM Meeting with ease, we direct our esteemed shareholders to the following instructions:<\/p>\n

  1. Please send your request to participate in the meeting and attach a clear copy of your ID or Passport (Either of the shareholder or their representative) as well as the Proxy Form to agm@gfh.com<\/a> to verify the identity of the participator at least 24 hours before the commencement of the meetings. Kindly mention in the same email your email address and phone number. In case of any inquiries regarding this matter, please contact us on +97317538787.<\/li>\n
  2. After receiving all the required documents and information, applicants will receive a link for a Visual Communication system called \u201cZOOM\u201d prior to the above mentioned meeting date, in order to enable him\/her to install the program on either the mobile phone or PC. It is also required to have both audio and video features on.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
