With reference to the previous disclosure dated 19th August 2020 pertaining to the above-referenced subject, and as per the request of Dubai Financial Market, GFH Financial Group would like to advise its shareholders that the judgements issued by the Bahrain Chamber of Dispute Resolution are final judgements and are enforceable immediately, unless a decision is issued by the Cassation Court to suspend execution.
