The verdict obliges one of the partners to return previously received fees of US$ 20 million to the Group, and rejected a claim raised by the same partner against one of the infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n<p>The ruling is expected to have a positive impact on the financial results of the second half of 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-89092","notification","type-notification","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v28.2 (Yoast SEO v28.2) -
