(the &#8220;Company&#8221;)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With reference to the previous announcements dated 12 May 2026, 9 June 2026 and 7 July 2026 regarding the voluntary offer for some of the share in Seef Properties B.S.C., we would like to confirm that the Bank is finalizing all the documents and agreements related to the proposed transaction in preparation for submitting them to the relevant regulatory authorities to obtain the necessary approvals.
