GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that Fitch Ratings, the international credit rating agency, has affirmed its Long-and Short-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDRs) at ‘B\u2019 with the Outlook on the Long-Term IDR as Stable. Fitch has also affirmed the ‘B’\/’RR4’ senior unsecured Long-Term Rating of the Group\u2019s US$500 million certificates issued through GFH Senior Sukuk Company Limited (GFH SSL).<\/p>\n
The management are pleased with Fitch\u2019s affirmation of GFH\u2019s ratings in light of the steady progress the Group continues to make across its core business lines.
