In line with the Central Bank of Bahrain requirements which mandates all listed companies to notify markets of the monthly market making transactions. The below table illustrates the market making transactions conducted by GFH\u2019s Liquidity Provider \u201cSICO\u201d in Bahrain Bourse, the Liquidity Provider \u201cBHM Capital\u201d in Dubai Financial Market and Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, during the month of September 2024, in addition to the Group\u2019s total Treasury shares as of the date of the announcement.<\/p>\n
