With reference to the news in circulation regarding GFH Financial Group\u2019s plans to list its shares on the Saudi stock market (Tadawul), the Group would like to confirm that this is an existing plan which has been previously announced and presented to the shareholders in the general assembly meeting for the year 2021 and was approved by them in April 2022. Thus, the Group continues its efforts and negotiations to reach to amicable solutions, fulfill the pre-requisite requirements of the regulators and achieve the vision of its shareholders.<\/p>\n
