With reference to the shareholders\u2019 proposal during the annual general meeting held on 3rd April 2022, with regards to re-distribution of the treasury shares as bonus shares instead of issuing new shares. GFH would like to advise its shareholders that it has approached the Central Bank of Bahrain for the aforementioned proposal and it was rejected.
