GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that its Board of Directors had elected Mr. Ghazi Al Hajeri as the new Chairman of the Board following the resignation of Mr. Jassim Al-Seddiqi from his role, to focus on his other business commitments, after 7 years of servicing the Chairmanship of the Board.
